Mixdog Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TRIBGAMES (the “Company”) and users of the Mixdog desktop app, the Mixdog mobile apps (iOS and Android), the Mixdog web app, and the relay service that connects them (the “Service”). The Company’s games are governed by the game Terms of Service.
2. The Service
- Mixdog helps users chat, code, write, and work with connected services such as calendars and email, using the AI model the user chooses.
- The Service is free. Mixdog’s source code is published under the Apache License 2.0, which governs use of the source code.
- No sign-up or Company account is required.
3. Effect and Amendment
- These Terms take effect when posted on this page.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
- Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service.
4. AI Providers and Connected Services
- AI responses are produced with the account or API key the user signs in with at the AI provider of their choice (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). That provider’s terms and fees apply between the user and the provider.
- Services the user connects through connectors, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and GitHub, are also governed by their own terms. The user can disconnect them at any time.
- Processing of information, including Google user data, follows the Mixdog Privacy Policy.
5. AI Output and User Responsibility
- Answers, code, documents, and other results produced by AI may be wrong or incomplete. Users must review them before relying on them for important decisions or releases.
- Actions with external effects, such as sending email, publishing, paying, or deleting, ask for the user’s approval before they run. Users are responsible for the results of actions they approve.
- Automations the user sets up, such as routines and webhooks, run within the permissions the user grants.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Using the Service for spam, unauthorized access, or creating or distributing malware
- Sending excessive requests to the relay service or disrupting its operation
If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company may restrict use of the relay service.
7. Changes and Suspension
- The Company may improve or change features of the Service and announces material changes through app update notices or this page.
- The relay service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable causes such as equipment failure or network outages. The app keeps working on the PC in that case.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by outages, policy changes, or fees of AI providers or connected services.
- Where damage is caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence, the Company compensates users in accordance with applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
